Having owned/used the Windmill brand I'm not impressed with most other windproof butane lighters. However, I found it to be an exceptionally good substitute. Sub-zero temperature (with slight warming). The refills are immaculate - as with all butane lighters, of course, remember to empty them first. The twin jets were pretty smooth right out of the box. The adjustable flame is easy to set up with the included tool. The tool is also very useful for blowing. Although the lighter may seem bulky, it fits easily into a woman's cigarette case along with a full pack. The bulkiness is actually beneficial in that the lighter is easier to hold, especially when wearing gloves. Overall a great lighter at a very reasonable price.
