Review on πŸ’‘ WAHL Lighted Ear Nose Brow Clipper: Pain-Free Facial Hair Trimmer for Men and Women - Battery Operated Groomer, Black/Silver by Donna Hoff

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Great trimmer / useless flashlight

I had an old Remington that I used for 7 or 8 years. I remember back then it was difficult to find a nose/ear trimmer that ran on regular batteries. Anyway, Remington is too boring, so it's time to replace it. I bought this particular choice because it came with a light. And I often use a small flashlight to make sure I clear out any "jungle trees". If you're a man over 40, you don't need to explain. This comes from a man who only needs to shave his face twice a week but needs to groom his ears and nose every other day. Anyway, I thought, cool, a light right on the end of a chainsaw. But forget it. The light is too weak and useless. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. As a trimmer, this choice is cool! I didn't realize how boring the old Remington was until I tried the Wahl. There's nothing special about Val. It works without any problems. Remington never did. It had trouble staying on, often needing to be hit like a crappy old flashlight. Not Val. It's been a few weeks and he's still cutting like a champ. It was about $10 from Revain. Buy the one without the light if it's cheaper because the light is really useless. Both cutting ends work great. Oh, and I really like how hard it is to turn on the switch. It takes some strength. The Remington would not turn on and turn on by itself when it was in my luggage. Try to explain that waiting in line for airport security is a buzz. I've learned to take the battery out of the Remington, otherwise it's dead by the time I get somewhere. I keep a Remington in my travel bag and a Wahl in my bathroom as a daily trimmer. It doesn't get any better for €10!
