Review on Cityworks by Jason Epstein

The ability to manage multiple projects at once is great! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without needing training or support from an expert team of engineers/consultants (which I think would be nice).

A few minor things - sometimes there are issues with entering data into certain fields; also some features could probably benefit by being made more intuitively accessible e.g., using drag & drop instead of having to click through several menus before getting where you want to go in terms of functionality etc. This software has been very helpful when managing our large portfolio of city assets which include roads / bridges / water mains / sewers / drainage works across London.
