Not a perfect fit, but decently close.

Fits my 2002 330ci well overall. It doesn't "snap" into place like the original grilles, and the plastic tabs fit the hood so I'm a little concerned it might move and fly onto the freeway. I was able to bend some of the tabs to fit the hood to make them more secure. They look good, I'm not a fan of M stripes on my non-M BMW, but after reading many reviews they seemed like the best black options to me.
