Whoever made this was great! And that doesn't just apply to pasta. I've used this to use chocolate to glue eyes onto baby shower cookies and to decorate Krispie rice bars with chocolate drizzle. I don't know if you've ever used those big clear bottles to decorate cookies, cakes, etc. with melted chocolate or caramel, but if you have, you know chocolate is hard to come by, and when you're done, chocolate becomes Celebration. leaving. Instead of using one of those bottles I used this item. It was so easy to put the chocolate in because the hole was so big. Attaching the tip wasn't difficult. It didn't take long to clean the chocolate up after I was done because the hole is so big and it's on the side. I was worried that if I squeeze this piece to make the chocolate fall out, the side would crack and the tip would fall off, but that didn't happen. I'll probably order at least a few more of these.
