Don't forget to buy "Standard Motor Products VS76 Time Delay Switch" for EGR so you can fix it without further problems. I was able to remove the EGR without removing the cooler by loosening and removing a top bolt and both studs and nuts leaving the bottom right one still in place. Start by loosening the bolt and then use something to help with the radiator lever, 'lever wrenches etc', not much but enough, if you manually loosen the bottom bolt it will come out with the EGR but watch out that it does not fall down Lightning. Clean up and install. It took me a bit of fiddling at first, but once the old one was removed, which was the hardest part, the install went pretty quickly. I recommend replacing the vacuum lines at the same time.
