A complete scrap

I received a defective EGR valve from you and tried to return it on March 2nd but the return didn't work and still no communication with Amazon. i got the bad part of you Will you help me. The vacuum line entry point is loose and must be airtight.

When ordering, nothing was mentioned about seals.

When I ordered, nothing was mentioned about seals. Answers came from others both yes and no. Mine arrived with both gaskets and installation was pretty easy apart from a short cap screw holding the EGR in place. I modified the head (sanded thinner and beveled slightly), and it came together easier than it came out. I've seen articles about cleaning the EGR instead of replacing it but due to problems removing and replacing I decided to replace it with a new one only to find out the cleaning…

Solution to EGR problem has worked so far

Don't forget to buy "Standard Motor Products VS76 Time Delay Switch" for EGR so you can fix it without further problems. I was able to remove the EGR without removing the cooler by loosening and removing a top bolt and both studs and nuts leaving the bottom right one still in place. Start by loosening the bolt and then use something to help with the radiator lever, 'lever wrenches etc', not much but enough, if you manually loosen the bottom bolt it will come out with the EGR but watch out that…
