When ordering, nothing was mentioned about seals.
When I ordered, nothing was mentioned about seals. Answers came from others both yes and no. Mine arrived with both gaskets and installation was pretty easy apart from a short cap screw holding the EGR in place. I modified the head (sanded thinner and beveled slightly), and it came together easier than it came out. I've seen articles about cleaning the EGR instead of replacing it but due to problems removing and replacing I decided to replace it with a new one only to find out the cleaning didn't work.
