Review on 💙 Blue Magic 400 Metal Polish Cream, 7 oz by Dave Cavazos

I'm trying to fix my front door to sell my house and the brass striker definitely looked worse for the dishes. I had to order a new handle for my storm door but I decided to polish the old strike plate rather than buy a new one. Good work. I think it had a protective coating at some point so the part not exposed to the elements ended up with a mottled finish, but the part you can see with the door closed, the part that looked the worst was sanded nicely. It took about 5 minutes and some elbow grease. It contains ammonia, so follow directions and use in a well-ventilated area with disposable rubber gloves and a cloth you're happy to throw away.
