Poor mounting hole placement
These mounts are easy to install and seem thick enough. However, the location where the mounting hole is drilled does not allow me to mount my lights. It sits just above the hood, and since it's not a slotted hole, there isn't enough room to put the nut on the underside of the bolt. I also had to buy thinner screws as the mounting holes are relatively small and didn't match the screws that came with my KC lights. Easy attachment by simply drilling another hole. But I don't have a drill. You can. Do what you want with it.
