This is very profitable and great for getting caterpillars in a small cage and butterflies in a larger cage. I don't like that it's not a big hole for a big cage compared to other brands cages. It's also not that stable when open, so you can shake caterpillars hard trying to clean it to feed them. But I like that it has a clear plastic bottom that is easy to clean.

I bought this kit to breed monarch butterflies from caterpillars. I found that I had to purchase a habitat with a protective mesh flap that prevents the caterpillar from being zipped up from the inside. I learned this the hard way by unzipping the zipper without realizing there is a caterpillar on the zipper. I accidentally killed him. live and learn I still use both, but now I know what to look for before deciding on a zipper. They hold up well and are easy to clean.
