Good budget kit

It has everything you see in the picture. Includes 3 heatsinks, 1 28mm fan and 1 black case. At the time of writing this review, this is the cheapest Raspberry PI 2 and 3 case kit with heatsink and fan on Revain. It also works for my Raspberry Pi 3, although "activity LEDs are disabled". ** Control stress test: CPU temperature. 64°C @ 23°C indoors (147°F @ 73°F indoors) for 10 minutes with case, heatsink, and fan installed Cooler @ °C with fan and heatsink installed Cons - Fan connector may short to other input pins - Output ( use masking tape to avoid this) - no instructions for people who might need a fan connector.
