It's like a miracle!

Okay, so I thought I'd wait a week or two before writing this review, but I did received the gloves last night and this morning my hands feel so good i just have to sing praises. Background: I have had carpal tunnel syndrome since I was 11 years old. It's so bad that you can actually see bulges growing under the skin on your wrist. I also have OA in both hands due to fractures and broken bones I have experienced throughout my life and tendinitis in both thumb and middle fingers of my left hand. In short . My hands are in bad shape. I crochet, knit, paint, draw, I'm a gamer, programmer and a teenage cashier at Wal-Mart. Almost anything that causes pain in my hand I do or have done for a long time. My hands are constantly numb. Washing dishes, sleeping, knitting, using a mouse, etc. If they become deaf, in most cases the feeling does not return, only if they are hung below heart level and the blood returns, they need vigorous massage to get blood through them and the sensitivity comes back slowly and painfully. back to gloves. I've tried compression gloves and braces before, but more often than not they cause hot spots, limit my ability to do what I love, and the pain returns as soon as I take them off. I received these gloves last night and put them on as soon as they arrived. I'd been working on a very large knitting project almost non-stop for weeks, so my hands were in terrible shape when the gloves got here. Immediately I noticed my thumbs were better supported but my hands still hurt so I sat there for 10-15 minutes watching TV with both hands on my knees. After that short time I got back into knitting and started working on it. It feels like I took a few hours off, not 10-15 minutes. My hands weren't as good as new, but there were definitely amazing improvements. I ended up wearing the gloves for several hours, even after giving up knitting overnight, and finally took them off when I noticed I was starting to get pain in the area of my right hand between the ring finger and pinky. . I went to bed last night and woke up in shock in the morning. My hands never woke me up once during the night. NOT EVEN. No tingling, no falling asleep, no pain, no cramps. When I woke up this morning they both had full feeling and range of motion. I didn't have to massage her, wash her under warm water, stretch my carpal tunnel to relax her. Nothing. SHOCK AND TREATMENT! Impression from day one: THESE GLOVES ARE AN INCREDIBLE MIRACLE!

Pros
  • Fine, intertwined knit fibers act like a honeycomb to trap body heat, improve circulation and reduce capillary tingling
Cons
  • boring packaging
