Overall good set of cage nuts and screws for rack mounting. The screws thread in easily, and the Phillips slots are properly shaped and "deep" enough for the power nut - the driver won't slip when screwed in - to unwrap the entire box, no problems threading. -1 star: only downside is the "cage" around the nuts - not as much "spring action" as the others I've used, so they're easier to accidentally pop out of the square post holes than others I've used have. I've used them over the years. Not to say the bundle will do, very few can pop out if the cage nut moves a little. I can still recommend them despite this minor issue. Comes in a nice little cardboard box rather than a plastic bag which I think makes it a lot easier to use - readily available but they don't get thrown everywhere.
