I used this to repair a torn handle on my green Phil & Teds sport graffiti stroller. There was still a lot of life in it, but the foam was in very bad shape. I left the original foam where it was and wrapped it with this. No it's not sticky but I tested it and it didn't move. I slightly stretched it all the way out and then used a similar green colored sticky cotton bar tape to secure the ends once I liked how it looked. I have to say it turned out great, almost better than new. The green matches the green fabric of the stroller perfectly, so I couldn't ask for a nicer solution; Green and black complement it perfectly. And so budget friendly! The best part is I only had to use one roll so I have another in case I ever need to fix it again!
