Review on 🐶 ORIA Dog Training Pouch - Treat Bag & Waist Bag with Adjustable Strap, Collapsible Bowl, Storage for Treats, Toys & Accessories by Angel Gibson

Good value for money except for the carabiners

This is one of the treat bags that had a carabiner option and came as a set, worth more than I buy individually. PROS: It has more pockets and a drawstring closure. I prefer the carabiner variant as the belt clip tends to rust over time and could damage my pants or belt. A folding shell with a hole for a carabiner is also practical. The clicker is solid but can be loud enough for other nearby dogs to react to. It can be moistened with tape. The bag is strong enough to withstand the bite and pull of a GSD teen, but any dog is likely to tear through the mesh bag quickly if left unattended. CONS: 1 star deducted because other accessories aren't that great. I don't like the included carabiners, it's a free popular flimsy look that breaks easily. The strap of the supplied bag is made of thin nylon material and lightweight plastic parts. I use the pouch as a belt pouch so my dog doesn't learn to prefer the side of my body that gets the treats. It doesn't have a D-ring that I can attach a dog clip to. (She has a jogging leash with double buckles that I attach to my harness and one to hers.) Instead, I kept it as a spare. But suitable for anyone who wears it as a shoulder strap or over the shoulder. Conclusion: I recommend it. Cons can be upgraded at minimal cost. This is now my dog's bag with her medical record and tags. It stands up to daily training, towing to the vet, and off-road vehicles. I've tried squeezing my Note 8 and a small wallet together and they fit - just odd since the phone sticks out. I use fried liver and other offal meats as treats, so I put them in a bag first, which left a horrible smell. I washed it in hot water with deodorant detergent, it helped. Because it is thick, it took several days to dry in the sun. To avoid this inconvenience, I lined the packaging with an aluminum coffee pouch with treat tabs. I take it off to wash and keep the bag clean.
