This is a paste that appears to be made from clear light blue grease and white beach sand. Maybe this is a more sophisticated handle, but it's there. This product is used for clamping aluminum and carbon alloy parts with lower clamping force (less torque on the clamp bolts) so you don't crush the carbon parts or break the ends of the aluminum clamps. It is sandy and the place where it is used will be scratched. Ideal for fixed or semi-permanent installations (handlebars, seat posts, derailleur clamps). For temporary mounts (GoPro mounts, phone mounts, etc.) be aware that removing the part will scratch the area. Right through the paint. Continuous anodizing. Permanent scratches.
