Once fitted the door looks nice and cats use it with no problem. If I was just looking at the door and not the installation process I would give 4 or 5 stars. But the installation is not as easy as it seems. Unless you are a master carpenter with the right tools you will NEVER install it in 20 minutes as per the description. There was no template. For me that is a BIG RED FLAG. The back of the box says to use the sliding door cover as a template, but that would be a BIG MISTAKE. I ended up spending a lot of time measuring and tracing the inner flange of the cat door on my personal door to make sure the hole I cut was the right size, and then spent a little more time fitting it properly.
