Review on Global G 9 G 9 8 3 Bread Stainless by Holly Bryant

This is my first world knife and oh wow! I've had Henckels for years and needed a new bread knife. I've heard that you can get by with cheap bread knives - in my opinion this is not the case. I had my eye on this for a while but bought a much cheaper bread knife which I returned and got this one, the difference between day and night. I wanted to cut a lot of bread, I reheated the baguette for dinner to cut with a new knife :-) He cut the ciabatta and baguette rolls like butter, not to mention crumbs. I don't bake bread so can't comment on how it performs on fresh, soft, hot bread, but I bet it's good. I highly recommend this knife.
