I found these mites on my cats and they attacked me too. My vet could not identify it as a common household parasite. Barely big enough to see with the naked eye, I needed something cheap to take a better look at and see if I could identify them with internet research rather than paying money to have a sample sent over. I was so impressed with how well I could see these ticks under this simple and inexpensive endoscope! I took this video and photo simply by placing my iPhone on the viewing device. While seeing them up close made me sick, it also awakened my inner nerd and I was intrigued!
