The ease of use is amazing, all you need to do for it to work perfectly is have your API key in place! It's also very secure as only those who know what they're doing can access anything that isn't publically available. I dislike how complicated some things are sometimes (like making sure everything is uploaded properly). There should be more tutorials or guides out there specifically for people like myself, who don't necessarily understand every aspect of this program fully but still want to try using it anyway. We've been able to streamline our form creation process by having one person manage most aspects through mobile devices while another manages them from their desktop computer. This has cut down considerably on the amount of time spent creating these forms. The ease of use, the ability to customize the form for your needs and the fact that it is very reliable. I have not had any problems with the program. It has been a huge help in our organization. We are able to collect information from our clients quickly and easily. It is also helpful to be able to send out reminders to clients about upcoming appointments or events. It has been very useful in our business. We have been able to answer questions more efficiently than we could before using this software.
