I recently got a nose piercing and they used the bottom part like a screw and it kept twisting and sticking out of the bottom part of my nose and it hurt, it hurt again to unscrew. 5 times a day. So 7 days after I pierced it (despite being told not to do it for 6 weeks) I put this one in instead. I was concerned as people said it was long and difficult to get through and not recommended for a new piercing but it just slipped through. It didn't move or bother me. There's no way I could wear these pants with pants rolled up for 6 weeks straight. Very good.
