This item does not match the image. This is a bag, just a bag with no top, side or bottom support. The quality of the materials seems very good, but the overall design is flawed. The front has a grille, but there's no screen or grille underneath. One cat crawled right out of the hole and the other stuck its head in, I wouldn't dare put a child in it. It was very difficult to put two calm cats in the bag as the sides and lid would collapse every now and then, in an emergency it would be almost impossible. I once stuffed a larger cat into a bag, when I picked it up the bottom sagged under his weight and the sides collapsed and folded into each other and he was completely lost, which isn't easy with a 22-pound Norwegian wood . Cat. I tried putting a pillow in it for the bed as per the product description but it didn't help. The bag needs support from the bottom, sides and top to be usable, it doesn't look like the nice square sturdy bag in the photo.
