I just received this unit 30 minutes ago. I'm wearing it right now (which is why it's not pictured) and it does a great job of straightening your posture. Shoulders back, chest forward, high fever. The packaging is nice and professional. The box included a handful of popular sports tapes (I can't think of a name, but it's green in the picture) and an interesting instruction manual as a bonus. The kit also includes instructions for the bandage, a carrying case, pads under the arms and a card with a code for an additional device for FREE! A very nice bonus. It appears to be made of quality materials and feels sturdy when worn. The guide says it will be uncomfortable for a while and instructs you to wear it for short periods first and then increase it. for longer wear. I can see this being true as it makes the pose look different than what you are used to. I feel like it will definitely improve posture over time. I hope to get rid of shoulder pain from poor posture and do light exercise to strengthen upper back and shoulder blades. Delivery was 2 days as promised in my mailbox. . I'm 6'3" and 215 pounds and I couldn't grab the straps and tighten them without pulling the thing off. My daughter pulled the straps for me so keep in mind this may not work for one person, but i have a relatively tall build so maybe a more compact and flexible person would be better. a good sign, predicted according to the instructions. at the moment i wore it for more than the recommended 15-20 minutes for the first few days. that i would say, if you have shoulder pain which is common these days bad posture you should try this I 👍 also I don't have to write this review I bought this device at full price after seeing an advertisement for a similar device somewhere and the descriptions suited to my current situation.The physiotherapist described the problem and gave me exercises, I will use this device in combination with Use ion with this.
