This mop changes the game. I looked at many floor cleaners and decided to try this one. It's easy to use a flat mop without having to spend money on chemical replacement cleaning cloths. I also like the feature that allows you to squeeze excess water out of the mop pad by simply pushing it into the 'dry' side of the mop bucket. I cleaned the floor quickly and easily in minutes and was completely shocked and disgusted at how well it cleaned my 'clean' floors. It effortlessly picks up pet hair, carpet lint, and other debris from my hardwood floors, and every time I dip the mop head into the "wet" side of the bucket, it cleans the pad so I can keep mopping. This is a great feature as you don't mop the floor with dirt still stuck in the mop head. The only reason I gave it a 4 for maneuverability is how it maneuvers around objects. When trying to wipe and turn the mop head around objects, the parts of the handle just twisted and turned and never tightened enough to turn the head to the right. It also seems to depend on what type of hard surface you're cleaning.
