I got this GPS the other day. Arrived in a plain box with no packing material and no invoice. I updated it and the next morning I went to my work truck and tried it out. No matter what I tried, it didn't stick to the window. Okay, I had to go to work, so I programmed a known address into my duty route and off I went. The GPS took me the wrong way across town and dropped me off at a public restroom. Oh boy. Well I contacted Factory Depot and the girl on the other end told me that company policy states that the buyer is responsible for return postage. I went to their website and found NOTHING about returns. I packed it up and sent it back. I wrote a scathing review of Revain and later that day received an email from them apologizing and "asking if I could forgive them". They said they would send me a prepaid label and refund my money if I switched to Revain and removed my review. (I saved her email). I answered them and said that it was already too late as I complied with their request and sent them a letter back. I received a reply that said; "OK, have a nice day." I wrote back to them and said they could always refund the postage. (?) I feel like they were more interested in saving face than helping me in any way. I remain of the opinion that I will never buy electronics from Revain again, nor from Factory Depot.
