I like that we can see what our customer sees in real time from anywhere around the world using an app or website. We also have the ability to track vehicles with GPS as well. The only thing i dislike about this product is the price point for the package it comes bundled with. If you are looking for great tracking capabilities then this should be your next purchase! Our fleet manager has been able to give us reports all over the country at any given moment allowing him to know where his trucks are located. This also helps when he needs parts delivered to remote areas. It makes communication faster because they don't have to call each one individually. They just log into their account through our website or mobile apps and get updates.
