Review on 🔧 Moen 1222B Repair Part: Single Handle Posi-Temp Replacement Cartridge for Reliable Plumbing Fixes by Braden Douville

First of all I'm not a professional plumber. I strongly recommend the following when replacing: 1: Take notes/photos when removing the parts to properly reinstall them. 2: Use the Moen removal tool, sold separately. Makes removing an old cartridge a breeze, while it's almost impossible without this tool. 3. After removing the old cartridge, use a flashlight to make sure no parts remain inside and remove it before inserting a new cartridge. Eventually I fixed many of the summer leaks. Very happy
