I came up with the structure from 40 3/3" PVC. I didn't know about the hardware. I bought 3-way fittings and that's fine as long as all it takes is one First level structure is. but I needed two layers. I was desperate, not a single big store had what I needed. I knew I wanted to buy them in contractor's pocket. much cheaper. I went to Amazon. one Problem solved.
