Review on ALINK Straight Drinking Reusable Smoothie by Jesse Nguyen

At first I really liked them, but then they started to break. At first I thought I must have accidentally banged it on something - a dishwasher, something in the sink etc. I mean it's glass, it breaks. It just started cracking at the bottom. Luckily I noticed and threw it away. never mind But just today I ended up with a shard of glass in my mouth. Luckily he didn't cut me, but I can't even explain to you why the shard of glass came loose from the bottom of the straw. It was a small piece, about the size of a flat tooth, and it came off the outside of the straw at the very bottom. All I can think about is the straw hit the inside rim of my beaker. I swear I ain't shaking it or anything. In fact, I take great care to ensure that everything I own is in good condition. So I don't know what the problem is, but now I'm a little afraid of using glass straws. I think I'll switch to metal. I hesitated to write this review because I don't know exactly what caused this problem. But I hate the idea of someone else having the same problem and ending up getting hurt. I strongly recommend not using these straws in glass mugs.
