Fixes a hard-to-diagnose ROS issue.

Worked great, solved my problem. My current ROS system is about 8 years old and I live alone so I don't use it much. The symptoms I got indicated that my bladder had gone bad. I replaced the tank, got 1 good tank and then nothing. I know this and have watched a lot of YouTube videos but the problem I was having was not clearly diagnosed. Here's my two cents: Your system seems to be stuck somewhere. Have you replaced the tank or are you thinking about it? To diagnose a problem with an automatic shut-off valve: 1. When you pour the kettle in the morning, there should be a slight bulge under the cabinet. This valve opens because you've just poured out a liter or two that needs to be replaced. You probably won't notice the lack of an edge - at first you won't notice any water or very little current. 2. They will take apart all of your connectors to see where the blockage is. BREAK. Check this valve first. Turn off the water supply, open the ROS valve to release the pressure, and close the valve on top of the tank (if equipped). Remove four screws on this device. Look at rubber. It is displayed well. collect back. Open all valves. When your system works again, order this part and replace the part installed in your system. (This valve is a problem if it gets stuck in the closed position. Opening the case opens the valve, now your tank is filling but soon this valve will stay closed again.) Doesn't flush but never had a problem with the flush valve diaphragm , but replacing the rubber diaphragm always solved the problem. Usually the old bad one didn't look, feel, bend... it was different than the new one, and yet it was bad.) 3. I think if I remember I'll get this valve in 6 years replace as a regular service, it costs about $10. It's better than a $40 fish tank, a week without water, and loads of hats.

Pros
  • Replacement water filter
Cons
  • Big and bulky
