Basket handle means you don't have to worry about balancing food when you take it out of the pressure cooker. You can rinse the rice without picking out the remaining pieces of uncooked rice because the mesh is tightly woven. You can steam vegetables, potatoes, eggs and more. bonus for me. 2 silicone baby food bowls fit snugly in the basket for my version of Starbucks Egg Bites. I'm looking forward to making a small batch of homemade tamales in this basket. This basket is my favorite IP accessory. Love it!
