Review on Enhance Weather Monitoring with YoLink Weatherproof Temperature Sensor & Hub Combo by Devon Holmes

First I had a problem with wrong readings from the device - I called their support which was answered immediately by a real person who got updated information on what was going on with the device and promised to contact their programming department to see if there was an issue that required a software update - within 24 hours the issue was resolved and new software was remotely uploaded to my device AND I received an additional call from support to to make sure everything was fine. This is AMAZING customer service that most other companies don't have! I highly recommend this company and their products.
