. I gave this set 5 stars because the whisk was good in the sense that it does what it's supposed to do to my green tea -To froth matcha. I love that the ceramic holder allows my whisk to hold its shape and dry out. Just before each use, remember to soak the whisk in hot water for 1-2 minutes to soften it. Just use a regular teaspoon. Finally, the spoon is a nice touch. anything and everything that's a good sentence. * It's a pity that the whisk and the ceramic holder came separately, maybe it would be a little cheaper.
