Review on chairus by Tim Wilson

I just tried purchasing some kitchen and household goods at Chairus, and I must admit that I was dissatisfied. The website was first of all challenging to use and the search tool wasn't reliable. Finding what I was seeking for took a very long time for me. When I finally found some things I wanted to buy, the checkout procedure was difficult. I often had to restart because it kept freezing. And when I did able to place my order, it took a lot longer to arrive than I had anticipated. Some of the products had to be returned because they were damaged when it finally arrived. My problems were not resolved with the help of the customer service staff. They took a while to answer and didn't seem eager to assist me. Overall, it was a stressful and depressing experience. Although the prices were fair, the products' subpar quality and the trouble of dealing with customer care rendered them worthless. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a simple and hassle-free experience to shop at Chairus.
