Review on Electric Fuel Pump and Module Assembly with Sending Unit Replacement E3954M - Fits 1997-2002 Chevy Blazer and GMC Jimmy V6 4.3L by Seth Bushey

This fuel pump works great and I haven't had any major problems with it. BUT. The top of the pump, where it snaps into the tank with a retaining ring, was slightly smaller than other brands of pumps I've installed. Because of this, once you lowered the pump into the tank and installed the locking ring, there wasn't enough material for the locking ring to hold the pump evenly and securely like it should. I didn't have time to send it back so I sealed it up as best I could and used a different material to hold the locking ring in place. So it works fine, I just don't have a good seal on top of the pump so I can't over fill the tank because it will leak. So the pump top (sender) needs to be at least 3/8 the diameter of the top plastic for a better fit, but the pump will work.
