Lightweight yet durable with arch support.
Always takes my running shoes as a backup in case they tire my feet during my daily 5K on the treadmill, but I haven't had to change them! I'm looking forward to warm weather to try them outside. Arch support is just enough; Honestly, don't even think about running shoes when you run - they let me "feel my feet" in a good way. It's like being aware of the strength of your leg. anyway funny shoes. A happy customer considering a second pair. They smell so I wash them after each use (remove the insoles and wash them too) along with my workout clothes and they air dry during the day. It would be great to have 2 or more couples.
