The bench delivery was pretty prompt. It wasn't heavy, was able to carry the box up to my apartment by myself. Assembly was pretty straight forward but would recommend have a second pair of hands to cut down the amount of time. Took me about 2 hours by myself. The bench is really sturdy and easy to fold. To fold you just need to pull out a silver pin under the back part of the bench and then lift the leg part towards the bench press arms. The bench holds in that position and your can place the pin back in to ensure it doesn't fall. The bench is set up for 1 inch diameter weight. 2 in diameter weights will work too but might move a bit while exercising. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home bench.
