I like that it allows me quick access from my mobile device if needed or when away at work (also great for those without cell reception). It's not perfect but definitely gets us where we want/need too be quickly! Sometimes there are errors with popups coming up which can confuse users as well because they're used so much in this app nowdays especially with everyone being able to use their phones more than ever before while working outside of an office environment - having these popup issues would help make using our portal easier instead of creating confusion within its own userbase who has gotten accustomed over time to just how things "should" look via constant usage by ourselves & other city departments such as waterworks etc.,etc.. The program is easy to use and has a wide variety of features. The customer service from the CityView team is fantastic. I've used this program for over 10 years and its been the best option for us. The only thing I can think of is that the program needs to be updated more often. We have a wide variety of reports that we need. We use the program for all of our departments.
