Great system with helpful customer service!
The customer support team at wfx are very helpful in getting you up to speed with their system quickly so that your business can get back into production as soonas possible! I would like more flexibility when it comes down tot he price of my licence but this isn't something i have any control over unfortunately - however they do offer discounts if needed which helps ease some concerns around cost management etc..
We're able t o manage all our sales order processing from one central database allowing us quick access across multiple locations without having ot manually input data each time we need information or enter orders/ invoices / purchase requisitions ect.
Pros

- User Friendly interface (all functions accessible through shortcuts)
- Multi platform compatible including Mobile applications for Salesforce & Outlook Web Accesses.
- Cost effective compared against other options out there today especially considering its functionality level, featureset + scalability potential
- Multiple licences available per user giving increased availability where necessary e g multi location
