Great system with helpful customer service!

The customer support team at wfx are very helpful in getting you up to speed with their system quickly so that your business can get back into production as soonas possible! I would like more flexibility when it comes down tot he price of my licence but this isn't something i have any control over unfortunately - however they do offer discounts if needed which helps ease some concerns around cost management etc.. We're able t o manage all our sales order processing from one central database…

  • Multi platform compatible including Mobile applications for Salesforce & Outlook Web Accesses.
  • Cost effective compared against other options out there today especially considering its functionality level, featureset + scalability potential
  • Multiple licences available per user giving increased availability where necessary e g multi location

WFX Platinum is an incredible tool when looking online ecommerce solutions!!

The ease of use to upload products in multiple categories as well as having it be searchable by SKU number makes this ideal for our business needs. I have not found any major downsides however would love if we could add more specific filters for category searches or at least have all options available with one click instead of 2 clicks. There are some items that need categorization into different sections but overall satisfied so far! We needed something easy to use and had no idea what was…

  • Ease from uploading product images directly without needing an image manager prior, can save many photos within each single photo tab which allows better organization when choosing/deleting certain ones later down after creation.
  • Can create custom drop downs per catalog page (i'm trying) good amount preloaded features compared other programs such "productio" etc..(not sure why they're separate)

A must have application for any kind of small scale manufacturer

The best part of this system is that it helps to organize your stock as well as manage all aspects of production process from design to manufacturing and supply chain management. It also provides you with detailed reports which help in tracking every aspect of your business. I can say its one of the best tools available out there right now.
