According to the description they fit Light Action boots. Speedplay does not make boots called "Light Action" but instead makes two boots called "Ultra Light Action" and "Ultra Light Action Walkable Boots" that are essentially identical as far as the boots themselves are concerned. The Walkable comes with cleat covers and a special plate to attach them to. THESE GUARDS WILL NOT WORK WITH SPEEDPLAY WALKABLE CLEATS. Part of the problem is that Speedplay changed the shoe's name to "Ultra Light Action," adding to the confusion. You can work with the non-moving Ultra Light Action mechanism. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the poor product description. I also contacted a manufacturer who wanted to avoid misunderstandings and criticism from customers about their product.
