First I was confused by some of the reviews for this cover/frame. So implied that the frame had a protective cover & some said it didn't. I didn't want a cover for fear that it would interfere with the function of the watch. The sellers description clearly says that it has a cover but it's my fault for not seeing that. Second, I wanted a bling frame. This frame only had 2 rows of rhinestones on top & plain color on the sides. Other frames on Walmart show ringtones on the top & sides of the frame which is what I wanted. Again my fault for not noticing this difference. The frame is very easy to install but took some effort to remove. My watch was not responsive to touch once I installed the cover/frame but that's probably because I didn't remove the protective sheet. Since there were no installation instructions were included in the box, I just carefully pried the frame off my watch & boxed it up for return.
