Very Good Knives in Cutlery & Knife Accessories

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and edge retention of this knife. We liked it so much we bought two more to have on hand. Initially I was concerned about the knife's light weight, so I tried it on myself and prepared for a large business dinner - the blade held up perfectly and the light weight didn't interfere with cutting tough-skinned vegetables or chicken. The only complaint is that the flex of the grip and trim takes some getting used to - we ended up treating the trim to reduce slippage.
