Review on Powerful Genesis GLCD2038A Cordless Driver for Enhanced Performance by Jamil Fog

Error loading media. My wife and I had a project to raise our dining table and paint behind the taller chairs. Since we were newly married I didn't have any power tools so I looked for the best quality for the price and found Genesis! I got this set because I knew I needed a drill, but buying an impact wrench seemed like a good idea for more complex projects (plus the fact that it comes with two removable/rechargeable batteries used by both tools Can be shared and supplied with a handy pouch which was a big plus). I ended up using both to bring the 4x4 and 2x4 together so I could raise the table. The drill worked great and had loads of torque and the impact tool helped push the 5" bolts through the 4x4 into the 2x4! The fact that they are cordless and surprisingly light was very important for our project, also the light on the front was very bright and perfect as I was under my desk most of the time! This saved me a lot of time so I could hand the project over to my wife to paint, and I put both the tools and their accessories in a bag so I wouldn't lose them for my next DIY! HIGHLY recommended if you are building a collection of beginner tools. I even have a Genesis cordless circular saw with the exact same 20V battery and charger, so I plan to continue to expand my power tool collection with Genesis cordless tools. Definitely recommend!
