I like that Patients Know Best is easy to use, has a good variety of features, and the customer service is also great. Nothing really, it's a good product that does what you need it to do and does it well. If you have not been able to find a more complete solution online, give them a call and see if they can help you out. The benefits are being able to have all my medical information available. I am able to make notes about each appointment that I go to. I can also track when prescriptions are due to expire. I like how easy it is to use,it works well for our practice! It has allowed us to keep track of patient information quickly and easily. So far there isn't anything i dislike about this product! If you are looking for an efficient way to store your medical records then this program should be at the top of your list. We have been able to improve our communication between doctors and staff members by using this system.
