I like that it is very customizable. You can use all of your social media profiles in one place, or just focus on the ones you’re most interested in reaching with content. The only downside to this software is the customer service department/representative does not seem as knowledgeable about what they are doing. They don't make themselves available for support outside business hours and often times their replies do not answer my questions (even though the answers were easily found online). I have been able to integrate several different platforms into 1 spot which has saved me tons of time!
