I like that it is very customizable. You can use all of your social media profiles in one place, or just focus on the ones you’re most interested in reaching with content. I like that it's very easy to use, as well how quickly they respond when you contact them! It is helpful for me because sometimes my clients want more than one social media profile with their business - this helps us maintain separate profiles without having duplicate work or time (which would be costly). The best thing about this software is that it has an advanced feature which allows me to create custom campaigns for my clients, even if they are not using any of our products! There can be some lag in time when you have too many users or devices connected at one point so I would suggest having your own server with more bandwidth capacity than needed during peak times/concurrent usage periods. Try out different features available like social analytics etc., It's pretty good but could use better
