I’ve never used this type of pan before. When I first opened it up I noticed how flimsy it was and the corners of the pans are quite pointy. While this pan does work for baguette I have to put it on top of a more sturdy pan when I take it in and out of the oven. I am a one-hander when I put pans in the oven so the 2nd pan is necessary (the other hand is usually warding off doggos and kiddos).
