If you don't have a lot of accessories I wouldn't recommend buying this just for the console and controller. The suitcase is rigid only because of the items inside. So if you have space, it will just collapse. That being said, the flaps are well made, with room for the headphones, controller, and all your cables. I love that the console itself had rubber straps, it's a great addition that gives me more confidence when carrying the console.
